Say Cheesecake!
Today I received some rather sad news via email, Delicious Choices, the vegan cheesecake company, has decided to close. They made the absolute best vegan cheesecake I ever had (and I have tried a lot of cheesecakes) which were only available via mail. The good news is that they are selling their recipes on their Web site. For $10 you get a 22 page .PDF with the recipes for all of their cheesecakes that includes product brands and helpful hints. I am not sure how long they will be offering this, but if you have ever had one of their cakes you will probably want to rush over there to find out all of their secrets.
